- PayPal: The maximum amount of a single order supported by PayPal payment is not more than 500 USD. If your order amount exceeds 500 USD, please split the order or contact us. Thank you.
- Bank Deposit: If your order amount exceeds 100€, but you cannot complete the payment by credit card or PayPal. Please contact us and we can provide you with a bank account for bank transfer.
If your credit card payment is declined, please visit our website again using Chrome in incognito mode. And place an order using a new email address. It is said that this method may be useful. But we cannot guarantee that. (Be sure to use a new email address. The old email address that has been rejected for payment cannot be used again)

Why is the order payment amount different from the actual credit card deduction amount?
Because the acquiring company uses the Hong Kong payment gateway, your credit card company may charge you a cross-border transaction fee. We recommend that you use a credit card that does not require a cross-border transaction fee to pay for your order.

At Fumot Online Store, we offer free shipping for all orders. We understand the importance of timely delivery. Our shipping process is divided into two key segments:

Vapes are regulated commodities in most areas, and the logistics generally take a long time. We managed to deliver a package to a customer in the UK in just 8 days, whereas it took 35 days to deliver a package to a remote island. Hope you understand.
